The end of August will bring a breath of fresh air to the world of golf. Rosa Golf Club will be a venue full of sport emotions at the highest level. The Challenge Tour will bring together famous names in the golf world, it promises to be an unforgettable time!

You can join the team of volunteers today and become a part of the Challenge Tour 2024 team!

We are looking for two groups of volunteers: Golfers and people with and without golf experience, but who enjoy the sport and the organization of events.

All volunteers must be at least 16 years of age – a necessary requirement for participation in the event.

Knowledge of English at a communicative level is appreciated, but not absolutely required.

26.08 – 1.09 Priority participation is given to those who can be with us for the whole tournament. The minimum is to register for 3 days in a row.

Volunteers should be present on the golf course for 8 hours each day.

Volunteers are guaranteed meal and rest breaks.

1. Acting as forecaddie on par 4 and par 5 holes (observing and pointing out where balls played by players fall off the tee boxes)
2. Accompanying players leading flights and presenting scoreboards with their results
3. Observing the rules in force on the golf course during play, including but not limited to: maintaining silence and order among the public in the area of tee boxes, greens, fairways.
4. Ensuring that silence and order is preserved in and around the practice areas.
5. Directing the movement of the public when moving around the golf course and practice areas
6. Informing the public of the location of important areas on the golf course.

1. Performing an information role
2. Assist with visitors’ registration
3. Help with distribution of information material and tournament gadgets
4. Assisting with distribution of golf balls
5. Help with directing the traffic of event participants in the golf course area and car parks
6. Support in directing vehicle traffic, e.g. indicating parking spaces, providing access information
7. Assistance in the event service offices – office, organizational, logistic, cleaning works

Every volunteer will:

1. 1. receive training before the event where their responsibilities will be discussed.
   2. receive a certificate confirming participation in the organisation of a world-class golf tournament
   3. will gain experience in organising an international sports event
   4. will have the opportunity to be with Challenge Tour players and observe the process of organising a major golf tournament
   5. will be able to attend the Players’ Party – a joint event for players, caddies and volunteers
   6. will receive food and drinks throughout the tournament
   7. will receive a pack of tournament T-shirts, a cap and other goodies

On top of that, you will be in for a lot of positive emotions and a great atmosphere!
