Basic Rules for Rosa Challenge Tour 2024 supporters

All tickets for admission to the Venue are issued subject to the conditions of admission set out in this document.

ENTERING THE PREMISES IS TANTAMOUNT TO UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

All capitalised terms have the meaning given to them below:

“Authorised Person” – means the management of the Event, the management of the Venue, the police, public authorities and agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the Event and their representative staff, officials, representatives and officers acting on behalf of Press Glass Holding SA as Promotor of the Event.

“Event” means – the tournament “ROSA CHALLENGE TOUR ” taking place at Rosa Golf Club, Konopiska from 29.08.2024 to 01.09.2024(inclusive)

“Venue” means the entire site of the Rosa Golf Club facility located at 1 Rolnicza Street, 42-274 Konopiska. on which the Event takes place, including all adjacent and surrounding areas used or controlled by Press Glass Holding SA in connection with the organisation of the Event.

  1. The Promotor of the “ROSA CHALLENGE TOUR” event is Press Glass Holding SA
  2. All persons will only be permitted to enter and remain in the Venue or designated areas of the Venue on presentation of a valid admission ticket or accreditation issued by Press Glass Holding. Irrespective of the possession of a ticket, such permission is at all times at the discretion of Press Glass Holding SA management.
  3. Press Glass Holding SA or any Authorised Person retains the right, at any time, to permit or prohibit re-entry to the Venue to any person or persons who have previously purchased a valid admission ticket and who have entered and subsequently left the Venue.
  4. All persons seeking to enter and remain in the Event Venue must comply with all instructions and decisions given by Press Glass Holding SA or any Authorised No person shall unreasonably obstruct the viewing of the Event to other spectators. The Promotor does not guarantee to all persons an uninterrupted and/or uninterrupted viewing of the Event, nor is any representation or warranty made as to the quality, content or duration of the Event.
  5. All persons seeking entry to the Venue or to certain areas within the Venue accept that Press Glass Holding SA and/or any Authorised Person has the right to search them and their belongings both outside and inside the Venue. In the event that any person refuses to submit to a search, or if, after a search of the person and their belongings, any suspicious or inappropriate items are found on them which may pose a risk to the safety of others or themselves, the person may be refused entry to the Facility or asked to leave.
  6. Tickets and accreditations are issued by Press Glass Holding SA solely for the use of the ticket or accreditation holder. Tickets or accreditations are not transferable and may not be offered for sale or exchange without the prior written consent of Press Glass Holding SA. Any ticket or accreditation offered for sale or exchange may be confiscated by Press Glass Holding SA or any Authorised Person. Press Glass Holding SA or any Authorised Person reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject from the Event Venue (or any segregated part of the Event Venue) any person who is suspected of having transferred or being in possession of a transferred ticket or accreditation in breach of the terms and conditions relating to tickets or accreditation for the Event. All tickets shall at all times remain the property of Press Glass Holding SA as Promotor of the Event.
  7. If you are applying for an age discount, Press Glass Holding SA or an Authorised Person may require you to show proof of your entitlement to the discount.
  8. Responsibility for minors or other vulnerable persons brought into the Facility shall always rest with the parents or guardians, as appropriate.
  9. Persons entering the Facility are aware of the risks involved in participating in the Event including the possibility of being exposed to accidental golf ball strikes by players and the risks involved in participating in the Event, which takes place on an open golf course and is therefore exposed to the natural elements. By entering the Venue, each person accepts this risk and takes responsibility to protect themselves and others as far as possible, particularly by wearing appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for the prevailing weather and terrain conditions.
  10. Any person behaving in a manner which, in the sole opinion of Press Glass Holding SA or an Authorised Person, is or may be deemed to be dangerous, offensive, disruptive or annoying to others present at the Event (including spectators or other persons) may be refused entry to the Event and may even be ejected from the venue.
  11. Access to the direct playing areas of the Golf Course is strictly prohibited to spectators without a valid admission ticket. Any such person entering the direct playing areas or other restricted areas of the Facility, delineated by a rope, barrier or other similar means of demarcation, may be asked to leave the Facility by the Promotor or any Authorised Person.
  12. Press Glass Holding SA and/or any Authorised Person reserves the right, at any time, to eject from the Venue any person who does not comply with the Rules or whose presence, in the sole opinion of Press Glass Holding SA or any Authorised Person.
  13. The right of access to the Venue and designated areas within the Venue is reserved at the discretion of Press Glass Holding SA.

In the event that a participant is refused entry or expelled from the Facility and/or designated areas for any reason, no refund will be given.

  1. Tickets must be retained at all times while on the Venue. Ticket holders are required to present their tickets at the entrance to the Venue and at any point within the Venue if requested to do so by Press Glass Holding SA or other Authorised Person.
  2. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the Event, refunds (if any) must be claimed in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale in the eBilet system. Press Glass Holding SA, as Promotor of the Event, accepts no other liability, including (but not limited to) any direct or indirect loss or damage.
  3. By entering the Event Venue, all persons acknowledge that photographs and/or video recordings (and/or photographs taken from video recordings) may be taken of them, which may be used by Press Glass Holding SA for marketing and promotional purposes. Entry to the Venue constitutes confirmation that all persons have given their consent to such use of their image. If a person is prominently displayed in such images, Press Glass Holding SA will make reasonable efforts to obtain that person’s consent before publishing such images, but if this is not possible, entry to the Venue will be deemed to be consent unless Press Glass Holding SA is notified in writing to the contrary.
  4. Pursuant to paragraph 15, if a person is under 18 years of age, a parent, guardian or responsible adult accompanying the person to the Facility shall be deemed to have given consent on the person’s behalf.
  5. Photographs taken with a camera, mobile phone or other electronic device may not be used for purposes other than private and domestic. It is forbidden to sell, license, publish (including, without limitation, via social networks) or otherwise use the photographs for commercial or other purposes. Press Glass Holding SA owns all intellectual property rights to material taken or recorded at the Venue.
  6. While on the Event premises, no person shall:

(a) use any electronic device to place bets online on the outcome, course, conduct or any other aspect of the Event, including but not limited to the use of betting exchanges;

(b) use any electronic device to transmit information about the conduct, behaviour or any other aspect of the Event for the purpose of placing bets, engaging in unlicensed commercial activity or for any other purpose in breach of these Terms and Conditions unless permitted or authorised to do so by Press Glass Holding SA;

(c) offer any bribe or other reward to a third party for the purpose of fixing or contriving in any way or otherwise improperly to influence the outcome, conduct, behaviour or any other aspect of the Event; or (d) act in a manner that otherwise compromises the integrity of golf.

  1. Press Glass Holding SA operates CCTV cameras in and around the venue, which are monitored and recorded for public safety and crime prevention purposes. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, Press Glass Holding SA may use or provide information about individuals to the authorities where this is necessary for the prevention or detection of crime and the apprehension or prosecution of offenders.
  2. The use of pyrotechnic devices is strictly prohibited on the premises. Failure to comply with the above may result in expulsion from the Facility.
  3. No person shall take part in the display or distribution of any sponsorship, promotional or marketing material (commercial or otherwise) by any person on the Venue without the express written consent of Press Glass Holding SA.
  4. Threats, abusive, aggressive, uncouth or discriminatory behaviour and foul language are strictly prohibited and will result in expulsion from the Facility.
  5. Interference with any equipment, furniture, furnishings or other similar infrastructure in the Facility will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the Facility and, where appropriate, action by the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.
  6. Mobile phones and similar communication devices will be permitted on the Venue to the extent that they are used for personal and private use only and in accordance with certain rules and requirements published on the Venue by Press Glass Holding SA.  These rules include:

(a) always use equipment in SILENT mode

(b) the need to switch off the flash function

  1. Mobile phone photography for personal use is permitted throughout the week in all areas of the Facility.
  2. Mobile phone video capture is only permitted in non-competition areas such as training facilities. Any person using a mobile device in contravention of this policy will be required to leave the Venue.
  3. Smoking of any kind of tobacco products, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking of tobacco products is only permitted in specially designated “smoking zone” areas
  4. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted in designated areas and at times determined by the Event management. Press Glass Holding SA reserves the right to suspend the sale of alcohol and food items at any time.
  5. Distorting or obscuring any information, advertising or other visual identification of the event is
  6. Where pre-assigned seating is provided, persons must occupy only the seats allocated to them by ticket (or similar means). Persons may use the designated areas within the Facility and may not use other areas of the Facility without the prior express permission or instruction of an Authorised Person. It is strictly forbidden to block passageways, access routes, exits, entrances or staircases, to congregate in undesignated areas or to seek to enter structures or areas for which the purchaser does not hold a valid ticket. Climbing walls, fences, temporary structures or any other buildings within the Venue is strictly prohibited. Any such behaviour may result in ejection from the Facility and/or further enforcement action in accordance with the law.
  7. Pets, with the exception of guide dogs, may not be brought onto the Property.
  8. It is prohibited to bring the following items into the Facility.
  • Ladders (including stepladders); boxes; crates, including collapsible crates and other similar items designed to be used to obtain an elevated viewing position.
  • Items that are, or in the opinion of Press Glass Holding SA or any Authorised Person could be used as weapons, including firearms, knives, clubs etc.
  • Pyrotechnic devices; fireworks or explosives; smoke canisters; incendiary devices; flares; sound signals; compressed gas horns or other similar items.
  • Musical instruments; megaphones; PA systems; or other similar items used for amplification or
  • Model aircraft; drones; kites or other similar flying craft/elements.
  • Bicycles, scooters and other riding equipment, except those that must be used as mobility aids by registered persons with mobility disabilities.
  • Wheeled objects, including skateboards, inline skates (including roller skates) and other unauthorised sports equipment.
  • Any item or apparel bearing commercial identification, images or statements which, in the opinion of Press Glass Holding SA, may be used for ambush marketing or other similar unauthorised promotional purposes.
  • Alcoholic beverages and foodstuffs (except as permitted at the discretion of Press Glass Holding SA); drugs,or other
  • Items which, in the reasonable opinion of Press Glass Holding SA or an Authorised Person, could potentially cause harm, distress, upset or offence to other participants in the Event.
  • Leaflets or other promotional material.
  1. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations constitutes a breach of contract and may result in expulsion from the Facility and/or designated areas, cancellation or confiscation of the ticket and/or other action in accordance with the law.
